24/7 Care Disability Services and Activity Hub has a vision to create an inclusive world where people with disabilities can live their best lives’, incorporating their choices. We aim to work inclusively and authentically, providing our support’s with responsibility, honesty, integrity, diversity, acceptance, dignity, independence, passion and a productive and positive attitude for our participants and their families. Participants are assisted and supported to reach their personal goals, hopes and dreams.

Our Director is very passionate, Innovative and thinks outside of the box. She knows we are all unique and we don’t just fit into a category. She has been a ferocious advocate and created a strong connection in the disability and mental health industry for over 25 years and also has a Daughter with a disability, along with other family members.
Our family of support workers are solid and dedicated and have an extensive amount of experience in the disability and aged care sectors. Their compassion and resolve to achieve the best outcomes for our participants is outstanding.
